Time-Motion & Root Cause Analysis: Conduct time studies, root cause analysis, and apply Lean/Six Sigma tools for detailed evaluation. Documentation & Mapping: Develop and maintain comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, and SOPs to support initiatives. Project Implementation: Assist in planning and executing continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results. Performance Monitoring: Track, measure, and report performance metrics and cost savings resulting from improvements. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with department heads for seamless transitions and sustainable process changes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or process improvement roles. Required Skills: Solid understanding of Lean principles and Six Sigma methodology. Strong knowledge of process mapping and business process re-engineering. Proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, Power BI, or similar analytical tools. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
